SRQ INNOVATION CENTER Sarasota, FL

SRQ Innovation Center is a mixed-use campus designed to stimulate collaboration for intellectual, ecological and economic prosperity. 

The project takes advantage of its highly visible location adjacent to a regional transportation hub and cultural institutions to bring together businesses and educators in a campus-like setting. Designed as a 21st century urban village, the project groups a variety of uses around a landscaped commons at the center of the project. 

The project will include offices, training facilities, a conference center, restaurants and complementary retail shops. The buildings exemplify innovation in sustainable design, including energy efficiency, the restoration of native habitat, natural hydrology, daylighting and the use of innovative materials and resources.
