MORGAN’S CORNER Chesterton, IN

Designed to incorporate state-of-the-art thinking and emerging technology, Morgan’s Corner is the first phase of a 640-acre new development located 30 miles southeast of Chicago.  

The project was designed as a model of environmentally sensitive design, including restoration of the pre-settlement landscape, natural hydrological systems and pedestrian oriented, mixed-use neighborhoods. Plans call for the incorporation of neighborhood-scaled renewable energy systems and user-responsive transportation systems.
