GROVE STREET LOFTS Charlottesville VA

Grove Street Lofts consists of fourteen live/work townhouses in an infill site near the University of Virginia Medical Center. The project was a collaboration between The Folsom Group, a non-for-profit community development group and the City of Charlottesville. 

Designed as a demonstration of infill development, the project will include residential, commercial and retail uses. The units feature open, loft like spaces and extensive use of green building techniques.
