Eleven:30 is a mixed-use infill condominium project in Charlottesville’s Martha Jefferson neighborhood. Designed and developed by Richard Price, the project includes 10 residential units facing a private courtyard, and two mixed-use buildings facing the main street. The project features extensive bioretention and a native plant landscape.
