ECOBRIDGE DEVELOPMENT Charlottesville VA

Working with a group of students from the University of Virginia, Richard Price designed this infill project as a series of independent phases, focused on a private courtyard. Starting with the renovation of an existing building and an adjacent new building, the project will build on the success of each phase as it develops.

The project integrates many key aspects of sustainable design, including on-site alternative stormwater management, passive solar design and the integration of high-performance energy systems.
